if a person is terminally ill, would it be stupid if he/she assumed you'll be dying of the same illness as well?

dear nick,
your post doesn't make sense! if you're assuming a person is stupid for assuming that people are the same as you, then shouldn't the lady kinda be in the right because she doesn't assume?
