9) new dangerous diseases will be discovered
10) more antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria
11) this might be the final year of your relationship
12) due to the failure of yr relationship, u will turn to drugs and/or alcohol
13) more stray animals will be put down
14) more stupid people will generally fuck up your day
15) your peer gets promoted
16) your rival in love/work gets one up on you
17) your ex (remember reason number 11?) is sleeping with that annoying person you've never liked
18) people still abandon their poor pets
19) forget it, that pretty/handsome girl/guy is already attached
20) you'll lose someting valuable.
why the new year will be great
1) just like you, everyone else might die at any time. that includes stupid people who annoy you. whether u have a part to play in their timely demise is up to you
